It aint half hot Mum!

Flowering went very well.  We now have fruit set at which stage we will decide how much leaf to take off. In hot climate it will be the reverse — shad the bunches as much as possible.

After consultation with various vignerons, we take the decision to leaf strip 100 per cent around the bunch in order to obtain maximum exposure. Hope we have not been too aggressive given the hot weather. Time will tell.
