The flaps of the Coquard basket press hang in readiness to press our pinot noir grapes.

Daniel, our winemaker, looks thoughtful… and knackered after another hard day’s night.

Our final pressing, phew.  Grapes are emptied into the Willmes press.  The resident cocker spaniel has a sniff to make sure all is kosher.
